1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph123ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the ph123ph website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the ph123ph Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing ph123ph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the ph123ph Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who interacts with any part of the Platform.

ph123ph may, at its sole discretion, modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph123ph will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the ph123ph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ph123ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ph123ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors ;
• You have not previously been excluded from ph123ph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or ph123ph.

ph123ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph123ph Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph123ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph123ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph123ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real name as it appears on your government-issued ID. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended without notice.
• KYC Verification: ph123ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Required documents may include a valid Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

ph123ph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

ph123ph accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• ph123ph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your ph123ph account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• ph123ph reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be fraudulent.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ph123ph are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your ph123ph account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• ph123ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• ph123ph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

ph123ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph123ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ph123ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ph123ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by ph123ph or any third party. ph123ph's game providers are subject to independent testing and certification requirements.

• Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.
• ph123ph reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Winnings from voided rounds will not be paid out. ph123ph will notify affected players and refund any wagers placed on voided rounds where technically feasible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph123ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph123ph;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph123ph staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

ph123ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set time limits on your gaming sessions to prevent excessive play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you need a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph123ph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and amounts wagered.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph123ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of ph123ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph123ph Platform without the prior written consent of ph123ph. Unauthorized use of ph123ph's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph123ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ph123ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph123ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph123ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ph123ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13 Privacy

ph123ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph123ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph123ph complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph123ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, ph123ph will provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the ph123ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ph123ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph123ph Platform shall first be submitted to ph123ph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph123ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
